little swimmer!

Andrew had his first swimming lesson tonight! We had been in the water for about two minutes and he was saying "all done". He got a little toy to play with and he would throw it and then "swim" to get it. He held on pretty tight to me most of the time, but would lay and kick his feet for a short time. His cousin, Beckham, is in our class and it was helpful having someone to play with while we swam! Plus it was nice for me to have Kara there:)

We finished up our home study visits last week and our social worker is writing the report this week. It will have to be approved by her supervisor and then it is officially finished. I am currently working on our profile book, which will be shown to expectant moms thinking about adoption. Hopefully in a few weeks we will be a "waiting family".
